Rather than attempting to replace practitioner judgment with opaque black-box AI, THCSS provides a Practitioner-Controlled Cognitive Infrastructure. We structure patient narratives, retain every symptom attribute across the consultation, and surface relevant classical repertorial rubrics with complete mathematical explainability.
The Deterministic Guarantee
In healthcare, probabilistic guesswork is unacceptable. THCSS preserves Kentian classical repertorial structures exactly as authored. Repertorial grades (1, 2, 3) remain immutable baselines. The software never hallucinates synthetic rubrics or generates unverified prescriptions.

We believe practitioner and patient trust is sacred. THCSS enforces a strict Clinical Data Quarantine invariant. Clinical case records and symptom descriptions are encrypted and quarantined. We do NOT sell, mine, or share diagnostic narratives with third-party advertising or commercial marketing systems.
